Devices that use the ProTank Atomizer Heads

So as I eluded to in a previous Blog entry, there are now EASILY more than 10 devices available for sale that use the Kanger designed ProTank Atomizer heads.

Since the traffic to this Blog shows an increasing interest in ProTank related devices I decided to put together a nice and easy chart so that you can easily see the differences between the devices.

Nroky Vivi Tank BCC 3.5ml 510 510 $3.00 Made of PMMA with metal base. Unique, as it's not a knockoff. I have verbally confirmed that these work with PT heads, however I don't believe what I've been told.  May be removed!

Now as far as I know, these are ALL of the current devices that use the ProTank Atomizer Heads.  As I identify new ones, I will add them to the list.  Yes, I am aware that there are some knockoffs of the knockoffs out there too, but I'm not including them in this list.  If you know of a device that I missed (aside from the 2nd and 3rd generation knockoffs), please leave a comment and I will add it!

Also and important, the prices listed above are average prices as of 10/2013.  If you shop around, you can find prices that are up to 50% less on some of the items that are listed above.

If you find an ERROR, please let me know so that I can fix it!  I would hate to inadvertently provide wrong information to someone who's shopping around.

  1. Fantastic chart. Just got a TekTank and 2 Vision Victorys. One stop shopping for me, plus you rebuild those little puppies. Try out the vertical micro coil this guy came up with.

    1. John,

Thank you very much for your comments...

I hadn't seen anyone play with a microcoil build on a ProTank before. Must need a microscope to make it! (just kidding) I'll check out the link, thank you for that!

If you happen to see this, I'd like to know why you decided to purchase the Victory as well as the TekTank. I'm not passing any kind of judgment, nor trying to dissuade, I was just curious as to why both. Or why not 2 TekTanks or even 3 Victory's. LOL!

      Thanks again for your comments...

    2. Good question. Me and a fellow vaper are gonna dabble in diy juice. We are amassing a small army of gear, tanks, carts. rda rba bcc dct and a navy of batterys. We want to make sure that our juice plays well with a wide assortment of devices, or as close as possible. Going to sell it at cost to our guys in the fellowship to help them maybe kick analogs,
No competition in the cards as far as blogging goes,,Smile'

Thanks for the reply and thanks for the mention on" where did the blog go?" reports.

    3. John,

      That's outstanding!
      What an excellent idea...

I spent about 2.5 months working with various formulas in order to come up with an eLiquid TO SELL... And all I can say, is that I gave up!

If you spend any amount of time reading my Blog (and it's clear that you have), you'll see that I give about what? 80% failure reviews? There's a chemistry "secret" missing from 99% of the eLiquids out there, that's why something is always "wrong" with them. Either it's the flavor, Vapor or the SMELL of the exhaled eLiquid. Something is always WRONG. Fortunately, sometimes the wrong isn't so bad and the eLiquid is Vapeable (is that a word?).

I will pray that you come up with a good DIY recipe for your fellowship. If you do a good enough job, maybe we can talk about replicating your successes?

Finally, you had me stumped for a moment. A quick look back at the "Blog Reboot" post and I realized that you and the John from the contact form are one and the same! :) Thanks for putting the cross on that T for me... ;)

As always, thanks for your comments...

    4. I use a Smok PBC V1. They hold about 6ml of juice and are 23mm in diameter with a bevel at the bottom, so they look good on many. They also use a Protank interchangeable head. This has been my favorite tank for years.

  2. That is a really awesome chart! You seem to have some pretty awesome content, I hope your readership continues to grow :) I'm actually starting a review website myself for clearomizers, over at www.bestclearomizer.com . Hopefully I can post content as good as your in the future! Thanks again for sharing

    1. TJ,

While I'm not happy to see you pimping your own website within my blog, it's nice to see you so excited and committed to helping people by using quality content and not just as an avenue to drive revenue. Hint, hint...

      Thanks for your comments...

    2. Keith,

I won't lie, I am trying to get my site out there a bit, but I am honestly trying to supply valuable, helpful information to the community! I'm a vaper myself so I know how hard it can be to find good information on the topic sometimes. Thanks for not just removing the comment, it is much appreciated! And I'll be sure to be less 'spammy' when I comment in the future :)
